Hak'a is a set of holistic and integrative practices that promote the dynamic and intense fusion of our 5 bodies (Annamayakosa, Pranamayakosa, Manomayakosa, Jnanamayakosa and Anandamayakosa), that is, from the densest body to the most subtle body, sometimes stimulating and sometimes soothing generating a perfect balance of energy, mental activity and connection with the true Self. Practice Hak'a practices are linked to the elements of nature from which we are formed (earth, water, fire and air) through psychophysical movements and postures, conscious breathing, cosmic energy emanation, practice of concentration and deep relaxation. All this in an atmosphere where music and physical touch are present full time.​ Fundamentals The practice of Hak'a is based on the knowledge of Yoga, Samkhya, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu, Thai Massage and Reiki in addition to Deeksha with immersion in teachings from Patanjali, Bhagavad Gita and Buddha. Every aspect of the practice is bathed in love and care with total respect for the moment of each person present.
